How to farm strange diamonds, the easy way to hack slime rancher and get infinite strange diamonds
How to Get Infinite Strange Diamonds in Slime Rancher 2
If you’re looking to maximize your Strange Diamond collection in Slime Rancher 2, there’s a method that involves using Cheat Engine, a powerful tool for modifying in-game values. Here’s a step-by-step guide to safely multiply your items.
Step 1: Set Up Cheat Engine If you’re not familiar with Cheat Engine, you’ll need to download and install it first. Once installed, you can start using it to manipulate inventory values in the game.
Step 2: Identify an Inventory Slot Choose an easy-to-obtain item (like carrots) and collect a slightly higher amount than usual (e.g., +10). This makes scanning faster and easier. Open Cheat Engine and scan for the current value in that inventory slot. Adjust your inventory by adding or removing 1–5 items, then rescan for the new value. Repeat this process 1–3 more times until only one address remains in Cheat Engine. Double-click the remaining value to save it. You can now change this value by double-clicking "value" and entering your desired amount. Make sure it stays within your maximum inventory range to avoid breaking the game.
Step 3: Apply to Other Slots You can repeat this process for all your inventory slots. Alternatively, move any item you want to multiply into the modified slot and adjust its value.
Step 4: Collect Strange Diamonds Explore dark areas, especially caves, to find Strange Diamonds. Some good locations include Rainbow Fields, Ember Valley, and Starlight Strands. Below are some locations on the map, and where to find them in person! Once collected, move the Strange Diamonds to your modified inventory slot and change the value to multiply them.
Step 5: Use and Store Your Diamonds
Deposit your multiplied Strange Diamonds into your refinery.
Keep at least one Strange Diamond in your inventory to multiply again later.
For added safety, store one in a silo for future modding sessions.
⚠️ Note: The memory address in Cheat Engine may change after restarting the game, you should try saving the address. If this happens, you’ll need to repeat the scanning process to continue multiplying items.
With this method, you can multiply any item in your inventory—including Strange Diamonds—and fully stock up without waiting.
